As I discussed with you last month, I am currently in the process of applying for scholarships and colleges, and I would much appreciate if you would help me with this task. Having had me in your Advanced Placement Calculus class for the last two semesters, you know much of my academics and work values, and it would be a great help to me if you could write me a letter of recommendation that I may use in my application processes.


You have seen me pass what many consider to be the hardest class in the school with a solid A, so you know more than anyone my academic values and work ethic. Having already filled out a recommendation form for me, you would be able to write a letter with more detail and thought than anyone else I could ask. Your letter would be extremely helpful, as I plan to use it to apply for the First Generation Scholarship program at CSU.
